Perhaps by the year 2020 we'll have completely immersive, realistic 3D environments in which to wander around, Second Life-style (but better), allowing for virtual commerce, socializing, and, yes, even sex as believable as what real life currently offers. The future of 3D entertainment is promising, but where does a site like Deep Stars 3D factor into this future? Offering members, who pay $32.95 a month for access, both 3D and 2D versions of its exclusive and original hardcore movies, Deep Stars 3D hopes to drain your wallet but repay you with unlimited downloads and regular updates starring "the best stars and fresh faces" in European hardcore porn. Face it, there's nothing quite like 3D porn, but there's also plenty of dismal sites pushing mediocre pseudo-3D porn your way, too. Where does Deep Stars 3D fall on the spectrum of quality 3D adult entertainment?

Pros:
With both 2D and 3D versions of every scene available to members, Deep Stars 3D allows even those without 3D equipment enjoy their wares; though they'll enjoy it less than those with 3D-viewing capability.

All videos, 3D and 2D both, are offered in downloadable High Definition formats reaching 720p and 1080p resolutions and look pretty damn good in both. A variety of viewing options are available for 3D-ready members: you can use 3D glasses, a 3D television, or your 3D-capable desktop or laptop.

While most of the women featured in Deep Stars 3D scenes might not be top-tier pornstars, they're not lacking looks, skills, or enthusiasm. While the physical arrangements and the shooting could be improved, the girls do a great job with what they've got.

Cons:
Any site charging $32.95 per month for access better provide a quality service. Unfortunately for its members, Deep Stars 3D, which holds only 13 scenes and galleries, is not such a site. Every video you'll download from Deep Stars 3D has been compressed into RAR containers, but sees very little difference in size between the RAR and the single file contained within. What's the point of all this repackaging of content? Honestly, I've got no idea.

Many 3D porn sites only offer 3D videos and keep their entire photo archive firmly planted in the two-dimensional world. This is the unfortunately the case with Deep Stars 3D, which doesn't offer a single 3D still image in its collection.

Not everyone can afford to blow half a grand on a 3D television and those folks, I'm afraid, will see little benefit in joining a site holding such bland and formulaic hardcore. Hell, even 3D-ready viewers might not see much point since the scenes haven't really been shot to utilize 3D at all, bar a few extreme closeups.

Conclusion:
If you don't have the technology, you won't want to bother with this site. And even if you do have the technology, there's definitely better sites with which to make use of it. Deep Stars 3D has a pitifully small archive of only 13 scenes and although updates are allegedly coming on a weekly basis, it'll be ages before there's enough 3D porn here to warrant a $32.95 monthly cost. The videos are in 720p and 1080p HD formats, yes, but the sex they depict is rote, predictable, formulaic, almost without exception. There's better 3D sites out there. I know they're tough to find, but hey, I'll do my best to dig 'em up for you.
